Handling of Information Collected through JNTO Inquiry

Japan National Tourism Organization (hereinafter “Organization”) in regards to JNTO Inquiry provided by the Organization (hereinafter “Questionnaire Form”) will handle as set forth below and strive to safely and appropriately protect the information regarding users collected via the Questionnaire Form (hereinafter “User Information” and means the information stated in “Collected Information” below).

Collected Information

The Organization collects the following information when the User fills out the Questionnaire Form.

E-mail address, scheduled visit date to Japan, area of residence, age, travel related information, inquiry message, and other information that is entered in the Questionnaire Form.
IP address
Date and time inquiry message sent

User Information Purpose of Use

The Organization will use the User Information collected from users for the purpose of responding to inquiries and consultations. In addition, the User Information will also be used to analyze the users to provide better services.

Management of User Information

The User Information shall be managed as prescribed in the (Privacy Policy).

Provision of User Information to Third Parties

The Organization shall not provide the User Information to a third party without the approval of the user unless otherwise prescribed by law.

Installation of Other Company Module

The Organization shall install in the Questionnaire Form the following external module to analyze the usage conditions, etc.
